DOWNLOAD: Disable Office clipboard dialog box or task pane
When you copy multiple selections within Office 2000, Office XP, and Office 2003, the application automatically opens a dialog box that displays the current Clipboard data. This can be an annoyance if you don't regularly use the Office Clipboard. This 2:35 minute WMV screencast shows you how to perform a simple Windows XP registry hack that will disable/enable the Clipboard dialog box or task pane.
