try this steps if you can still boot to windows
1. Open local disk C:
2. Go to Dell folder
3. Go to Utilities folder
4. Open DSR folder
5. There will be a file named "boot_DSR", double-click on it.
6. It will have a prompt that will tell you that it will now perform the restoration, click OK
7. The system will now reboot and you don't need to do anything, it will automatically go to the PC RESTORE.
