Inconsistency in Public Folders Calendar Outlook/Exchange
Our server is running:
Windows 2003 Server.
Exchange 2003

I have users running:
Windows 2000
Windows XP
Office 2000
Office XP
Office 2003
Office 2007

The problem I'm about to detail does not seem to discriminate based upon what OS or version of office someone is running.

I'm having the exact problem described here http://forums.microsoft.com/TechNet/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=1317017&SiteID=17

Just recently (but before the DST issue), events in public calendars have started acting very strange. If I created an event and set it to "All day event" for one day and click Save and Close, if anyone else opens that calendar, that event shows up as two days with little clock icons at the beginning and end and "All day event" is not checked when they open it. If someone besides the author "fixes" it so it looks the way it was intended to look, it will appear fixed for everyone except the author. For the author it will now appear the way it did initially for everyone else.

I don't know if this is being caused by the fact that we now have a couple people running Office 2007 (me being one of them), or if it is due to some Windows update. Either way, I don't even know what questions to ask or where to find the answer.
