If you need a hand doing a personal skills assessment, take advantage of a great download at TechRepublic that was created to help IT managers assess staff skills.

TechRepublic columnist Mike Sisco created this download that contains three assessment charts that, when used together, can help evaluate skills.

As it covers everything from management to infrastructure knowledge, it's also a useful tool for mapping out additional training and education that job hunters may want to start on to prepare for the next future role.
