Bob Artner was a driving force behind TechRepublic from its inception in 1998. He succesfully molded the technical content and the teams that produced it to make TechRepublic one of the most widely visited IT sites on the Internet. And even as he took on greater responsibilities for the direction of the TechRepublic brand, Bob always continued to be closely involved in creating the content that distinguished TechRepublic. First he did it with his popular column on IT management -- "Artner's Law." And later he embraced multimedia with his video whiteboards and audiocasts. This body of work remains a testament to Bob's dedication to the TechRepublic audience and his tireless enthusiasm for technology.
